Terms of Service
Effective date: 18 October 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the website at https://www.hyggs.com and any enquiry, booking, concierge, lifestyle-management or related service provided by Hyggs Limited, trading as Hyggs Lifestyle (“Hyggs”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By accessing our website, submitting a request, confirming a booking or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
Specific quotations, proposals, booking confirmations, membership terms or supplier terms may also apply. If there is a conflict, the terms expressly agreed for the relevant booking or service will take priority for that booking or service.
1. About Hyggs

2. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our services. If you act for another person, a company or an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind them and that references to “you” include that person or entity.
3. Our services
Hyggs provides luxury concierge, travel, lifestyle-management, sourcing, event, administrative and related coordination services. The exact scope of any service will be described in the relevant quotation, proposal or booking confirmation.
Some services are delivered by Hyggs. Others are arranged through independent third-party suppliers, such as airlines, aircraft operators, hotels, property owners or managers, transport providers, restaurants, venues, ticketing providers, event organisers and other specialists. Unless we expressly state otherwise, Hyggs acts as an arranger or intermediary for services supplied by those third parties.
Our services are not an emergency service. If there is an immediate risk to health, safety or property, contact the appropriate local emergency service.
4. Enquiries, quotations and confirmations
We will use reasonable care when responding to a request, but an enquiry or quotation does not guarantee availability. Prices, schedules, inclusions and supplier availability may change until we issue a confirmation and receive any payment or information required to secure the service.
Before confirming, you are responsible for checking that names, dates, destinations, timings, quantities, specifications and other material details are correct. Tell us promptly if anything needs to be changed. We may decline a request where it is unlawful, unsafe, impracticable, outside our service scope or inconsistent with supplier requirements.
5. Third-party suppliers
Where a third party supplies a service, its own terms, cancellation rules, privacy practices, eligibility requirements and liability limits may apply in addition to these Terms. We will provide or identify material supplier terms when they are made available to us and are relevant to your booking.
Hyggs is not responsible for an independent supplier's acts or omissions, or for changes, delays, cancellations, losses or failures that are outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits any responsibility that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
6. Client responsibilities
You agree to:
- provide complete, accurate and current information;
- promptly review quotations, confirmations and itineraries;
- ensure that travellers and guests hold the passports, visas, permits, insurance, medical documentation and other documents required for their arrangements;
- comply with applicable laws and reasonable supplier rules;
- behave responsibly and avoid conduct that could endanger, harass or harm others or damage property; and
- tell us about relevant accessibility, dietary, health or other requirements early enough for us to seek suitable arrangements.
You are responsible for decisions made on the basis of information you provide and for additional costs caused by inaccurate, incomplete or late information.
7. Prices, fees and payment
The price, currency, payment schedule, service fees, deposits, taxes and any other applicable charges will be stated in the relevant quotation, invoice or booking confirmation. Supplier prices and exchange rates may change before confirmation.
You authorise us to collect amounts that you approve and agree to pay them by the stated due date. A booking may remain unconfirmed until cleared payment and all required information have been received. You are responsible for charges imposed by your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
If an amount is overdue, we may pause work, withhold confirmation or cancel the affected service where permitted by the applicable booking terms and law. We will not knowingly charge an amount that you have not authorised.
8. Changes, cancellations and refunds
Change, cancellation and refund rights vary by service and supplier. The terms shown in the relevant quotation or booking confirmation will apply. Some bookings, deposits, tickets, reservations and supplier charges may be non-refundable or subject to cancellation or amendment fees.
If you request a change, we will try to assist but cannot guarantee that the change will be possible. You are responsible for any price difference, supplier charge or additional work that you approve. If Hyggs or a supplier must change or cancel a confirmed service, we will communicate the available options and any refund due under the applicable terms and law.
9. Travel and event risks
Travel, events and lifestyle activities may be affected by weather, transport disruption, entry restrictions, public-health measures, strikes, security events and other circumstances beyond our control. You are responsible for assessing whether an arrangement is suitable for you and for obtaining appropriate travel, medical, cancellation and property insurance.
Information we provide about destinations, entry requirements, health, safety or local conditions is general assistance, not legal, medical or official advice. Check current requirements with the relevant authorities and qualified advisers.
10. Acceptable use
You may not use our website or services to:
- break any law or infringe another person's rights;
- make a fraudulent, misleading or unauthorised request;
- obtain, supply or facilitate prohibited goods or services;
- introduce malware, interfere with security or disrupt our systems;
- scrape, copy or commercially exploit website content without permission; or
- harass, threaten or abuse our team, suppliers or other people.
We may refuse or stop a service where we reasonably believe these rules have been breached.
11. Intellectual property
The website and its text, design, branding, graphics, photographs, video, software and other content are owned by or licensed to Hyggs and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to access the website for personal or internal business use. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publicly display or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission, except where the law allows it.
12. Communications
We may communicate with you by email, telephone, SMS, WhatsApp or another channel you ask us to use. You are responsible for keeping your contact details current and for protecting access to your devices and accounts. Messages sent through electronic networks may be delayed, intercepted or delivered incorrectly, so contact us promptly if a time-sensitive instruction has not been acknowledged.
Marketing communications are subject to any separate consent you provide and the unsubscribe method included in those communications.
13. SMS messaging terms
13.1 Programme description
After you expressly consent, Hyggs may send recurring, non-promotional customer-care and booking-related text messages. These may include responses to enquiries, booking or reservation confirmations, reminders, itinerary or service changes, payment-related updates and customer-support communications. SMS consent for this programme will not be used to send marketing or promotional messages.
Marketing messages require separate consent and are not covered by this customer-care programme.
13.2 Consent and enrolment
Participation is optional and consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt in through an approved method, including by clearly agreeing during a live telephone call after our concierge explains the programme. Providing a telephone number, remaining silent or using our services does not by itself constitute consent. You may decline SMS and use another available communication channel.
By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and that you are authorised to consent to messages at that number. Please tell us if the number changes or is reassigned.
13.3 Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies according to your enquiries, requests and active bookings. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's rates and terms govern any charges.
13.4 Opting out
Reply STOP to any Hyggs text message to unsubscribe at any time. You may receive one final message confirming that your opt-out has been processed. After that confirmation, we will send no further messages under this SMS programme unless you provide new consent.
13.5 Help and support
Reply HELP for help. You may also email ops@hyggs.io, call +1 646 914 3149, or visit https://www.hyggs.com/contact.
13.6 Delivery and privacy
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on the availability and operation of wireless networks and is not guaranteed.
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Mobile information, including telephone numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent, will not be sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose information to service providers, mobile carriers and other vendors only as needed to operate and deliver the messaging programme, as described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information. Our Cookie Notice explains how the website uses cookies and similar technologies. By using our services, you acknowledge those notices.
15. Availability and disclaimers
We aim to keep our website and services accurate, secure and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content or that every request can be fulfilled. Website content is provided for general information and may be updated without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, services are provided subject to availability and any express terms in the relevant confirmation. We exclude implied warranties only to the extent the law permits. Nothing in these Terms affects rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Subject to the paragraph above and to the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Hyggs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill or anticipated savings;
- Hyggs is not liable for a third-party supplier's acts or omissions except to the extent caused by our own failure to exercise reasonable care; and
- Hyggs' total aggregate liability arising from a particular booking or service will not exceed the fees paid directly to Hyggs for that booking or service.
These limits do not reduce any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
17. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse Hyggs for reasonable losses, liabilities and costs arising directly from your unlawful use of our services, your material breach of these Terms, or inaccurate information or unauthorised instructions you provide. This does not apply to the extent a loss was caused by Hyggs' negligence or misconduct.
18. Events beyond reasonable control
Neither party will be liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disaster, epidemic, war, civil unrest, terrorism, government action, border or airspace closure, labour dispute, utility or network failure, cyber incident, or transport disruption. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect and keep you informed where practicable.
19. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the website at any time. Subject to any confirmed booking, payment or cancellation obligations, you may also ask us to stop providing an ongoing service.
We may suspend or terminate access to a service if you materially breach these Terms, fail to make an authorised payment when due, misuse our services, create a safety or legal risk, or if continuing would be unlawful or impracticable. Termination does not affect rights, payments or obligations that arose before termination.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, suppliers, technology, law or business practices. The effective date at the top shows when they were last revised. Updated Terms apply from the date they are posted, except where applicable law requires notice or consent. Terms already agreed for a confirmed booking will continue to govern that booking unless the parties agree otherwise or the law requires a change.
21. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any non-contractual dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law in your place of residence gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter in good faith.
22. General terms
If a provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right.
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them as part of a reorganisation, merger, sale or transfer of our business, provided this does not reduce your mandatory rights.
Except for an identified third-party supplier whose terms apply to its own service, no person other than you and Hyggs has a right to enforce these Terms. These Terms, together with the applicable quotation, confirmation, privacy notices and any terms expressly incorporated into them, form the agreement relating to the relevant service.
